Schottkys:

Aeroflex / Metelics
manufactures a broad range of Schottky diodes for RF and microwave
mixers, doublers, samplers, limiters and detectors. They are
available in chip or beam lead form and also in a variety
of packages. Metelics' Schottkys feature low Rd, low capacitances.
High reliability devices can be provided up through Space
level. The MSS20 series devices are primarily used in zero
bias detectors and will operate up to 40 GHz. The MSS30, MSS40,
MSS50 and MSS60 series devices are primarily used in mixers
and samplers. The MSS39 series devices are primarily used
in biased detectors and (doppler) low 1/F noise mixers.

Space level. Metelics varactors are abrupt junction type varactors.
Sampling Phase Detectors:
